Booths will be classified as educational, informational or commercial.

 

Educational booths shall be limited to Extension Homemaker Clubs, 4-H clubs, school organizations, etc. Educational booths will be eligible for points money.

 

Informational booths and church groups will not be judged.

 

To reserve educational booth space, call (870) 285-2161. Booths must be reserved by September 1st. Booth space is reserved on a "first come, first served" basis. BOOTHS REQUIRING TABLE SPACE MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES AND CHAIRS.

Informational, Church, and Commercial booths and may be reserved by calling Krystal Pannell at 870-356-8625.  Commercial Booths are $50.00.  BOOTHS REQUIRING TABLE SPACE MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES AND CHAIRS.

Booths may be set up on Monday, Sept. 7. Only PCF personnel will be allowed in the building until after the parade on Tuesday.
